Authors are not charged submission fees, article processing charges, publication fees, or mandatory open-access fees. Published journal articles are made freely and permanently available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Licence (CC BY 4.0), allowing knowledge to be read, shared, adapted, and reused with appropriate attribution.
